"Travels with the Snow Queen"

This is an illustration that I did to accompany a short story from the book "Stranger Things Happen" by Kelly Link. The Story was called "Travels with the Snow Queen." The illustration was designed to be an alternate cover.

    This is beautiful/disturbing. I love your color usage. Even though the whole image is beautiful to look at, I'm drawn to the figure, and I really want to read this story now.....
